When I finally decided to call the boutique, the woman who answered actually laughed and dismissively told me they didn’t have what I was looking for, and wouldn’t for a long time. She then implied they already had a long list, giving the distinct impression she wasn’t interested in my business at all. This appalling level of service is precisely why I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service.

I sent multiple emails over a long period, and no one ever got back to me, despite your website promising a a 24-hour response. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your experience, sir/ma'am. Customer: And when I finally called, the representative actually laughed at my inquiry, saying you wouldn't have what I wanted for a long time. They seemed completely uninterested in helping me, even when I mentioned other brands. CS Rep: That sounds incredibly dismissive, and I understand why you're upset. Please accept my sincerest apologies for that interaction. How can I help you today regarding your watch interest? I'd be happy to check our current inventory for you personally.
